Brad Jones

Support Consultant

Brad joined Aztech in 2015. Before joining Brad was employed in various customer service and support roles and was asked to take on the lead role for the implementation of an ERP system.  In this role his responsibility was to learn the software, investigate and determine the current business processes to ensure that the software was able to deliver the required outcomes.

Brad has a Bachelor of Business and Finance degree and uses his accounting knowledge to assist businesses use the functions within MYOB Exo.  Brad’s main role is to assist customers with day-to-day support issues and provide solutions or guidance on how MYOB Exo can be used to achieve a particular outcome.

  • The RIC Group – Warehouse Management Solution

Brad’s strengths are time management, teamwork, great customer service and a keen mind when it comes to thinking outside of the box.  Brad enjoys the challenges within his current role and finds that MYOB Exo is a flexible product that can easily be customised to fit any business needs.

‘There is always something that we can do to get the product to ‘fit’ the customers’ requirement no matter how outrageous that request may be’.

Brad has worked with MYOB Payroll for two years and has a tip for users of this product.  ‘If you find a report that is not quite giving you the information that you want – try exporting it to Excel – this will open up a screen that shows what data can be reported on and you can select those additional fields to appear in your extract.
