Service Contract Features

1. Flexible structure allowing customers to select a number of support hours per month, under our managed support contract for a 12 month period.
2. Any contracted support hours not used during the month are accumulated and available for use in subsequent months.
3. A minimum of five hours per month applies to qualify for the discounted rate.
4. The contract will automatically rollover for the coming year with any banked hours also rolling over into the new year; normal service contract rates will apply.
5. Should you decide to not renew your contract at the end of the 12 month term, then your banked hours are still available for use until they are consumed.
6. Normal charge out rates apply after the banked hours have all been used.
7. If all contracted hours are used within the month, subsequent hours are charged at the non-contract rate for on-going support.

At Aztech, we are committed to ongoing relationships with our clients and offer a range of training options. We commence this support with comprehensive training for all staff members, relative to their particular functions. This ensures that staff start working with the new system with a strong level of confidence, mitigating daily user issues.

Following the initial training, Aztech is available to your staff for individual queries, supported by our comprehensive online training, remote onscreen assistance, and of course consultants who are only a call away for assistance.

Once the system has been in place for some time, usually three months, we offer clients tailored training sessions, either at our facilities in Penrose or at your offices, during which common user training needs specific to your business functions can be clarified and supported.

Aztech provides assistance on an ongoing basis as remote assistance, on site assistance or at our offices in Penrose.

Remote Assistance
Support can be provided via the Internet if you have a broadband connection and remote access allowed on your server. This allows us to create either a VPN or Terminal Services connection over the Internet, giving us access to your server and the business system application. This method saves significantly on travel time is highly convenient and for clients.

On Site Assistance
Where you need face to face assistance, one of our consultants will come and work from your offices.

Aztech-Office Assistance
We also offer clients the option to visit the Aztech offices in Penrose where our boardroom is often used for training and consultancy services.

Support Hours
We provides support services during normal business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm, excluding public holidays and regional holidays. We are also available for support on public holidays on request.
