Each contact may have a different address and telephone details to the main account and the contact history can be individually maintained.
MYOB EXO Business contains a fully featured integrated stock handling system as a standard part of the MYOB EXO Business module. Each stock item can include data such as: stock item code, description, groups, cost and sell prices, units of measure, serial number tracking method and stock levels per stock location, min/max stock, sales, purchase and COS GL codes, weight and cubic info, sales and purchase GST and the barcode and alternate codes.
Easy Integration with other Applications
Because MYOB EXO Business is built using industry standard tools such as Microsoft SQL, integrating other applications is straight forward. Many MYOB customers have added third party modules that integrate with MYOB EXO Business and share customer, supplier and stock information.

Each account can have an unlimited number of delivery addresses. Accounts can also be linked by a head office/branch office relationship, which allows transactions to be viewed by branch but consolidated up into a head office account for processing and payment.
Tightly integrated with Contact Management, MYOB EXO Business in-built document manager allows you to merge and store any Windows based file formats including Microsoft documents and spreadsheets. This ensures that any relevant communication or documentation pertaining to an account is safely stored and always accessible.
Drill through Analysis
MYOB EXO Business exposes information to you in layers e.g. begin by reviewing a customers aged debt at summary level, click through to a list of invoices at 90-days, click through once more to access a specific invoice for full details. Once at the source document all transaction information is available.
MYOB EXO Business has a vast array of security features including the ability to assign specific rights to users within the customer and supplier information centres. While you may wish to grant most people the right to view information, you can restrict editing features to only a small group of users. You can also lock out users from the information centres by customising their menu access.
